MediaCity has announced that the Orange Tower has hit full capacity, following the arrival of a significant letting tax service company.
The company, Ryan Property Tax Services UK Limited UK will take the 32,080 sq. ft. at MediaCity’s Orange Tower, marking a major milestone for the now fully occupied building.
The tax service company will take the sixth and tenth floors of the Orange Tower, which has recently undergone a £1.8m refurbishment.
This refurbishment supporters the boasting state-of-the-art infrastructure, and an unrivalled mix of workspace, lifestyle, and leisure across MediaCity’s wider offerings.
Ryan Property Tax Services UK Limited joins an eclectic mix of tenants already based in the Orange Tower, including ITV, Kellogg’s, Intelligent Lending, the University of Salford, Red Bee Media, and Horwich Farrelly.
The latest letting to Ryan reinforces MediaCity’s position as one of the UK’s most desirable destinations for forward-thinking tech-orientated global organisations and highlights MediaCity as a vibrant hub of creativity and future media.
The newest arrival means that MediaCity is now at 94 per cent occupancy, with lettings since April 2025 alone generating over 800 new jobs and driving substantial economic growth across the region.
Previous signings before Ryan Property Tax Services UK Limited span a diverse mix of entrepreneurial startups, scaling SMEs, educational institutions as well as tech and gaming developers.

The landmark deal was secured with the support of leasing partner Canning O’Neill, who brokered the letting, and fit-out specialist Consensus Workspace, who delivered the landlords initial refurbishment and will now deliver Ryan Property Tax Services UK Limited’s new office environment.
