The skies over Salford are set to be illuminated as Barton Aerodrome will host a concert and drone show for two nights this September.
With tickets now on sale, residents will be welcomed to the DroneArt Show, presented by a leading global live entertainment discovery platform, Fever, on both 19 and 20 September.
Fever will be working in partnership with Nova Sky Stories, a global pioneer in drone technology, as they aim to bring the Salford skies to life.
After acclaimed runs in the USA and Spain, Barton Aerodrome is now going to be one of the first UK locations to receive the experience and we’d love to spread the word about it.
The one-of-a-kind show promises to transport audiences into a world of musical and visual wonder.
Tickets to the show on the Friday will cost £29, for standard picnic seating, with standard seating costing £31, and VIP totalling at £56.
However, on the Saturday tickets will increase in price, with the picnic seating costing £32, standard seating £34, and VIP seats costing £58.
Visitors of Barton Aerodrome will be able to see the breath-taking open-air event displaying a mesmerising fusion of classical music and state-of-the-art drone technology.

Residents in attendance will be able to witness a 65-minute show, offering a range of performances as a string quartet performs timeless masterpieces.
Audience will be able hear songs of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, while hundreds of synchronised drones will light up the night sky – interpreting the music in real-time.
The show will be suitable for children of all ages, and can expect dynamic formations such as blooming flowers, twinkling stars, and graceful swans.
The perfectly choreographed show will also be elevated further by the warm glow of hundreds of candles – creating an atmosphere under the Salford sky.
Guests of the show will be welcomed from 6pm, two hours before the event begins to relax and watch the sunset – with an offer of food and beverages too.
The show will begin at 8pm and will last for the duration of 65 minutes.
