Salford City will be hoping to get back to winning form, as they travel to Swindon for the mid-week fixture.
The Ammies play against Swindon Town on Tuesday night (March 4, 2025), as they aim to relight their promotion ambitions.
Karl Robinsons’ will be looking to get a win against the home side, having only picked up one win in the last nine games.
Salford City since the turn of the new year have seen themselves fall down the league table, with their impressive form of December slipping away from them.
And the Ammies will be hoping to bounce-back after a late defeat to Bradford City, the Bantams were able to leave the Peninsula Stadium with all three points and extend their position in the top three.
Despite Salford taking the lead through Francis Okoronkwo in the 30th minute, however, the Ammies were unable to hold onto their position.
The Bantams were able to claw themselves back into the game with goals from Bradley Halliday and a late 94th minute Michael Mellon – that would have sunk the confidence of the Ammies.

And as they travel away to the town in southwest England, they will have to be cautious of Ian Holloway’s side who head into the fixture in great form.
The Robins will be walking into the game with back-to-back 1-0 victories over Chesterfield and Walsall, the defensive resiliency will be significant with the two clean sheets proving that they have become a difficult team to break down.
And Ian Holloways’ side will be approaching this game, hoping to extend their league form, only losing one game in the last nine.
In strong form, Swindon have been able to climb to 14th in the league only four points off the Ammies – a win for the club will turn their campaign around and if results go their way take them into the top half of the league.
And despite Swindon’s aspirations tomorrow evening, Karl Robinson will be hoping that his side are able to turn their form around to avoid dropping further from the promotion places.
The Ammies will be hoping to turn the form on their fourth visit to the Nigel Eady County Ground, having picked up five points from our previous three visits.
The game will kick-off at 7:45pm at the County Ground – The fixture will be a feisty affair between the two clubs, with both teams having ambitions of pushing up the table.
