The Salford and Manchester based society Gaming Heaven is hosting a Christmas spectacular this weekend.
The all-day event will have plenty of gaming fun and food on offer.
The event will provide free pizza as well as a raffle that offers a range of prizes that are worth up to £200.
Gaming Heaven, which was established in 2014 hosts events every Wednesday for both board and tabletop games which aim to create a “fun and relaxed atmosphere.”
Attendees have the option to either bring their own games from home or to likewise compete with each other with the games provided by the club- don’t be shy to bring your favourites along!
The club have said to provide new and unusual games such as Tsuro and King of Tokyo, rather than only supplying the standard Monopoly and Scrabble.
Pitchcar will also be available to attendees, a game made out of a race track that requires players to flick counters around the board in tiddlywinks fashion.
The events are generally for adults only. However if minors do want to attend they must be accompanied by a guardian of some sort.
Salford and Manchester Gaming Heaven’s YouTube gives an insight into what the events atmosphere will be like, and you can contact them through their Facebook page.
