Monton Village Community Association brings community together and saves Christmas
Lisa Muir, Chairman at Monton Village Community Association, said: “It’s given the community a morale boost, it’s helped us see what we can achieve when we work together, and inspired a lot of people to start volunteering.”
A community grocery in Salford will be sharing the Christmas joy by giving out free meals to those who may need it on the 25th of December.
The free meals would be given out at the Victory Outreach Manchester building on 19 Liverpool Street from 2pm.
