Salford Red Devils RFL - Peaceful protest march

Salford Red Devils have confirmed that Jack Walker and Isaac Shaw have completed moves to the club for the remainder of 2025.

The two new additions will be available for selection and will go straight into the club’s 21-man squad for the Friday night fixture against Warrington Wolves.

The Round 24 clash will see them also play alongside the three loan signings that were made earlier during the week, as Hull KR duo, Leon Ruan and Louix Gorman, and Leigh’s Jack Darbyshire will return.

And the latest additions of the month-long loan signings of Jack Croft and Neil Tchamambe from Wakefield Trinity.

The signing of Walker will be an important one for the Red Devils, moving to the club from Championship outfit, Sheffield Eagles.

A fullback known for his pace and athletic ability, he scored three tries across his 18 appearances for the Eagles.

At just 18 years old, Walker started and starred for Leeds Rhinos in their 2017 Super League Grand Final success over Castleford Tigers.

Across his 75 appearances for the West Yorkshire outfit, Walker scored 22 tries before enjoying stints at both Hull FC and Hull KR.

The Red Devils have also announced the signing of Isaac Shaw, a powerful prop who made his Super League debut for Wakefield Trinity in 2022 and has since made 11 further appearances.

Shaw has also featured for Hull KR, Sheffield Eagles, Hunslet and Batley Bulldogs on loan – and will look to strengthen the squad once again this Friday night at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
