Salford Red Devils have confirmed that Joe Bullock has joined Barrow Raiders with immediate effect.
The prop forward will exit the club and join Barrow Raiders where he featured several times for the Raiders in 2025, first on loan and then as part of the dual-registration agreement in place between Barrow and Salford.
However, on this occasion he will join the Cumbrian outfit on a permanent deal – with the club offering him a deal until 2027.
Joe Bullock joined the Red Devils after impressing the club whilst on a short loan spell from Warrington Wolves towards the back end of the 2024 season.
As a result of his strong appearances last year, he signed for the club on a two-year deal – which led to him making a total of sixteen appearances for the Red Devils.
Following his exit of the club, he said: “I’m really glad to be back. It’s a club I hold dearly in my heart.
“It’s been a tough year at Salford, on and off the field. To get that security for myself has been most important, and Barrow have been really accommodating with that.
“Now, it’s all about bringing that Super League experience back to this club. We’re an ambitious group of players, and hopefully we can all be successful together.”
He continued: “It’s really exciting to think about what the next couple of years could hold for us. We know we’re going to be pushing as a top Championship club, and I want to be part of that.”
And following the departure of the 32-year-old prop, a spokesperson for the Salford Red Devils said: “Thank you, Joe for your efforts in a Red shirt.”
More information about his departure can be found here.
