A popular Salford burger chain will be celebrating its seventh birthday this evening, giving away 300 burgers for seven pence.
The Salford business, Burgerism, based just off Eccles New Road will be doing the exclusive deal tonight (Wednesday 13 August) to celebrate their continued success.
Opening in 2018, the restaurant has aimed to provide the community of Salford with high quality burgers at affordable prices.
And they will look to continue doing the same this evening, as the residents will have a chance of getting a burger for 7p.
The exclusive offer will be open to Salford residents between 7pm and 8pm, with the first three hundred people collecting their burgers from the Salford store to receive the deal.
As they shared on social media: “The 7p Burger will appear on the menu. It’s for one hour only, 7pm-8pm, or until stock runs out.”
The burger chain continued: “For the sake of our sanity, we’re limiting it to the first 300 orders and no modifiers.”
The celebrations will hope to bring together the Salford community, with the business “expecting some pretty nice vibes and lots of familiar faces from our loyal fanbase.”
Residents who would want a burger to have also been urged to get down their quickly, as they are expecting large queues – and don’t want people to miss out.
Ahead of the birthday celebrations this evening, a spokesperson from Burgerism shared why an event like this is so important to the community.
“We wanted to do something fun, memorable, and meaningful for our 7th birthday,” a spokesperson for the business explained. “Times are tough for a lot of people right now, so the idea of offering 7p burgers felt like the perfect mix of celebration and giving back.
“It’s our way of saying thank you to Salford for seven amazing years.”
And celebrating seven years, they shared why an event like this is so important to them, they added: “It’s huge for us. Salford is where Burgerism started.
“Over the past seven years, the support has been amazing! It’s not just our birthday; it’s a celebration of the people who’ve made Burgerism what it is today. ”
And with the success they are expecting a huge community turn out to celebrate with them, as the spokesperson continued: ” We’re expecting it to be busy — and that’s exactly how we like it!
“Our team at Salford are amazing and are used to it being busy although this will obviously be different as it’s something we’ve never done before and probably will never do again!”
Celebrating seven years, the popular Salford burger destination also shared their ambitions for the future, as the spokesperson continued: “We’re always looking to grow, but in a way that stays true to what makes Burgerism special — quality, speed, and flavour.”
And with a love for the community and a loyal fanbase, they will be hoping to continue delivering the well-loved burgers to Salford.
