Lighter than the beef option the Vietnamese chicken fried rice offers a different meat but is just as satisfying to eat.

The chicken is tender and flavorful, and there’s a lovely balance of garlic, soy, and that distinct Vietnamese seasoning profile that keeps you going back for more.

To accompany it all is the Chargrilled lamb chop with rice Smoky, tender, and packed with flavour. The lamb chop is grilled to perfection with a subtle Vietnamese marinade that hits all the right notes of sweet, salty, and aromatic.

It’s served with fluffy rice and a light, tangy dipping sauce that cuts through the richness beautifully.

The rest of the menu continues to impress offering options such as chargrilled pork fillet with rice and pandan chicken.

Each of these new options can be found at around £13 to £15 for a main, that is packed with food making it a good value option for anyone. Other than the new Pandan chicken that is priced at £7.99 as a delicious side.

When asked about the new menu the owners partner Sharana Yip said: “It’s good to get new stuff out there for footfall into the restaurant we’re always trying to aim to please”

VNAM’s new menu doesn’t aim to replace the old favourites—it builds on them. The legendary pho and bánh mì are still there for the loyal fans, but these new dishes bring a bolder, meatier variety that adds even more depth to their offerings.
