Cole Stockton scored an injury-time equaliser to snatch a point after Salford City went 0-3 down to Bromley in a game which finished 3-3 on a cold evening in Greater Manchester.
The Ammies came into this game in 8th place whilst the Ravens were sat in 16th.
It was a tame opening for both sides up until the 13th minute when Bromley opened the scoring with the first shot of the game. Former Arsenal man Carl Jenkinson’s throw into the box was flicked on by Michael Cheek before being volleyed expertly into the bottom corner by Cameron Congreeve.
There was a huge penalty shout waved away by referee Simon Mather around the half-hour mark after Mnoga’s long-range shot was parried into the path of Cole Stockton, who was brought down by Jenkinson before he could get a shot away – it looked like a definite penalty but the referee disagreed!
Moments later, Bromley added a second to their lead after a ball was crossed in towards the Ravens’ top scorer Cheek, who met the ball with a fantastic header back across goal which looped high into the sky before dropping into the back of Salford’s net.
Boos were directed towards the referee and the Salford team from the home crowd as the two sides retired for half-time, however, the boos appeared to have no effect in inspiring the Ammies as, quickly after the break, Bromley made it 3-0.
After a long ball released Imray in behind the Salford defence, the man in gold muscled off Curtis Tilt well before driving into the box allowing him to square it across goal for Congreeve to tap home for his second of the evening.
However, just after the hour mark, two half-time substitutes combined as Kylian Kouassi’s cutback was met by Lewis Warrington who stroked the ball accurately into the bottom right corner to spark thoughts of a comeback.
Approaching the last ten minutes, Matt Lund, making his 150th appearance for Salford, kept the dream alive after his header from a fantastic Jon Taylor cross proved too powerful for Grant Smith to keep out.
Then, in the 91st minute, the comeback was complete. Lund was found in the box once again but this time his shot was parried back out by Smith only as far as Cole Stockton, who instinctively headed it over the keeper and into an empty net, after being 0-3 down, the Ammies had brought it back to 3-3!

That was the final action of the match and what a match it was, with Karl Robinson’s men mounting a dramatic comeback from 3-0 down to level in added time. A point for each side means that Salford and Bromley remain exactly where they were in the League Two table before play, in 8th and 16th place respectively.
Next up for the Ammies is a home match against Tranmere on Saturday, meanwhile Bromley turn their attention to a trip to MK Dons.
