Salford Red Devils have signed player Tiaki Chan on a loan deal from Wigan Warriors and will be joining the new 2025 roster.
The son of the New Zealand international, Alex Chan, will be hoping to make an impact in the upcoming season.
Following the signing, the Australian-born French international said: “I look forward to meeting fans and earning my spot on the team.”
Chan’s senior debut began for the Catalans Dragons in 2022, where he spent two seasons in Perpignan, making 12 appearances.
Boasting a lot of promise for the Salford side Chan made his international debut back in 2023 in the mid-season test for France against England.
Coach Paul Rowley said: “He adds more competition at both back row and prop and brings added enthusiasm and intensity to practice.”
He joined the Warriors for their 2024 campaign appearing twice for Mathew Peet’s side, before enjoying his loan spell at Hull FC.
