Salford CIty celebrate as they advance in the FA Cup and look to play Manchester City - Salford City

Salford City are hoping to return to winning ways as they prepare for their Tuesday night fixture against Bromley.

Karl Robinsons’ side will be looking to lift themselves back into the playoff places and capitalise on the rescheduled fixture.

The Ammies were set to play Bromley on the 23 November 2024 – when the game was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

However, Salford City will be hoping to use this fixture as a chance to return to winning ways, going five games without a win.

And will be hoping to lift their spirits after dropping a two goal advantage, with Cole Stockton and Hakeeb Adelakun, not being enough against league leaders Walsall in a 2-2 draw.

Despite the dropped points, Head Coach Karl Robinson was proud of his sides performance, but will be hoping to return to their December 2024 form only picking up two wins in January from a possible six.

And Karl Robinson will be hoping that his players will be able to pick up all three points, with Bromley being without a win since January 2.

The poor run of form from the Ravens including a 3-1 defeat to Newcastle in the FA Cup Third Round – the Ammies will be hoping to use this in their favour.

The Greater London based football club currently sit 16th in the league, and are hoping to remain in the division following their first ever promotion in 2024.

However, despite their debut season in the fourth division, this isn’t the first time the two sides have met – with Salford winning both games when they met during the 2018/19 season (0-2 and 2-1).

Salford City will be looking to extend their unbeaten run against the London club – and rejoin the pack in the promotion race.

The Ammies currently sit one place away from the playoff positions, three points below 7th place Bradford City.

The game will kick off tomorrow at 7:45pm at the Peninsula Stadium and will be one of two fixtures to be played at the stadium – more information ahead of the game can be found here.
