Salford police appeal for help to find missing woman in her 80’s

Salford police are becoming “increasingly concerned” as they continue to appeal for a missing woman in her 80s.

Ann was last seen in Worsley walking down Kingsway towards Walkden Road on Tuesday November 26 at 1.40pm.

The police say Ann was spotted in Kingsway, Worsley, wearing a light blue jumper with stars or snowflakes on, and could be wearing a gilet described as either brown or purple.

The 5ft 2in woman was also wearing dark grey checked trousers, sandals and was carrying a black bag.

A police spokesperson said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned and want to make sure she is safe and well.”

Worsley drivers are asked to check any dashcam footage around the time of her last sighting.

Salford GMP have urged anyone who knows anything about Ann’s whereabouts to come forward.
