Salford Youtuber AngryGinge has been chosen to manage a new football team in the recently announced ‘Ballers League’ alongside football legends. 

The newly announced football league has been backed by footballing icons including Ronaldinho, Gary Lineker, and Alan Shearer.

The football league, Baller League, is a six-a-side league played in Germany, and will be coming to the UK and US next year.

The released advertisement showed the AngryGinge share the screen with Ex-Arsenal Invincibles Robert Pires, Freddie Ljungberg and Jens Lehmann.

The Salford-born Youtuber will join a star studded cast, and will be hoping to use his experience of managing local side Winton Wanderers Yanited FC.

The league will take centre stage from March 3, and will progress all the way through until May 19.

The tournament will also feature 12 teams, with a great list of legends and will excite football fans with the new six-a-side competition.

The recently announced league backed by legends such as Ronaldinho will take centre stage in the UK starting on the 3rd of March running all the way until May 19th in a new 6- a side tournament consisting of 12 teams.

The league itself will be under the supervision of fellow UK Youtuber KSI, the matches in the new league will last 30 minutes long, with the fixtures split into 15 minutes halves.

The competition is set to feature squads of 12 players made up of retired players, futsal players and those who have been let go by academies.

Throughout the tournament, their will be twist in the rules – with new game features being introduce, which will include fairplay, don’t look back and double goals.

These additional features are set to be introduced in the final three minutes of each half in an attempt to spice up the games.

Games are set to be broadcasted on the social media platform Twitch, with YouTuber Chunkz hosting an after show at the end of each game week.

Trials for the Ballers League are set to take place in Manchester and London with dates yet to be confirmed.
