A survey has been launched to gather opinions from residents to help shape the future of Salford.
The survey launched by Salford City Council will focus on residents’ priorities for delivering social value in Eccles, Swinton and Pendleton.
The council is using this in line with the regeneration plans that will shape Salford neighbourhoods for the future.
The online survey will allow the council to see what type of support and improvements are most needed to develop and strengthen communities.
The survey is now live on the council’s website.
The council aims to achieve the most social, environmental and economic value when funds are spent to make the city a better place in which to live and work.
Councillor Mike McCusker, Lead Member for Planning, Transport and Sustainable Development, said: “The regeneration of Salford is a fantastic opportunity to transform our communities and have a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
“We want the voices of Salford’s communities to be at the very heart of how we achieve this.
“Creating a brighter future for everyone in our city is our driving force, and that starts with understanding the needs and priorities of our residents.”
The survey will remain open to residents until December 15 2024, online here
Paper copies can be picked up from Salford Civic Centre or from Swinton, Pendleton or Eccles Gateway Centre.
