Salford dog-lovers will be invited to spoil there puppies this Christmas, as the New Bailey offer a special festive dog party for charity.
The event called Santa Paws is encouraging guests to bring their pets to connect with fellow dog enthusiasts in a day that promises to be fun, festive and full of cheer.
The free event will be hosted on December 7, and will be hosted by Ex-Paw with donations encouraged for Santa meet-and-greet costing £8.
The donations made at the event will go directly toward the Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home: a charity founded in 1893, that ever since, has been giving back to dogs in need.
Libby Rush, Co-Founder of Solid Ground shared: “Santa Paws is a fantastic addition to the New Bailey events calendar this year.
“With dog-friendly spots like The Slate Yard, Novella, The Filaments, and Affinity buildings all around us, it’s the perfect location to bring together our dog-loving community for a great cause.”
She continued: “Manchester and Cheshire Dogs Home do vital work throughout the year, and we’re proud to support them, so please be generous.”
The event will begin at 11am, and will last until 3pm, offering so much entertainment for both owners and their furry friends.
Visitors will also be able to entertain themselves with a festive image with Santa for a suggested £3 donation, which will include a free puppuccinos – courtesy of Spice and Grind – for those that didn’t make the naughty list this year.
The Santa Paws event will also include an array of tasty treats and street food available from local vendors for the owners.
A festive dog market will also be available to guests with thoughtful and very unique Christmas gifts, such as the “Pawble workshop” where, for £8, you can create your own personalised pawble with your four-legged friends’ very own paw print.
Throughout the course of the event, visitors will be encouraged to bring donations of blankets, dog food, towels, and durable toys for the dogs at Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home.
These donations and items will help provide comfort and care for the dogs awaiting their forever homes.
Furthermore, visitors are also encouraged to bring donations to the event at the New Bailey, that include blankets, dog food, towels, and durable toys for the dogs at Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home.
