A Salford Spiritual centre is set to host a charity night in aid of domestic abuse charity Salford Survivor Project.
The event, hosted by The White Swans Spiritual Centre at Pendlebury Social club, will offer five mediums to deliver spiritual messages and mini readings, plus several raffles and tombolas.
The fundraising night will encourage visitors to engage with their spiritual side, with a crystal being set up.
The event on Saturday October 26, will raise money for victims’ Christmas gifts and food, with the hope of ‘giving them a Christmas to remember’.
The charity that was founded in 2013 by Jane Gregory is volunteer led, and aims to support anyone suffering from or affected by domestic violence across the city.
She said: “As much as the charity focuses on females who are affected by domestic violence, they also focus on men who are affected too.”
There are thousands of incidents of domestic abuse across the city every year.
Jane Gregory said of the centre: “They give people hope and understanding at a time when people feel helpless and alone.
“This truly mirrors what our charity does.”
Tickets cost £7, and will offer people the chance to hear from the mediums and join other spiritual activities.
