The Salford Councillor Jim Cammell has congratulated GCSE students in Salford on their exam results today.
Councillor Jim Cammell, Lead Member for Children and Young People’s Services at Salford City Council, said: “Congratulations to all Salford GCSE students, we are very proud of them all.
“They have been very dedicated and worked hard. Great support to young people has also been provided by Salford teachers, schools, parents and carers. We wish all the young people to have positive futures.”
The featured image is of Sandy Mohamed and Wonder Chukwu from The Lowry Academy. Sandy Mohamed achieved five grade 9s, one grade 8, four grade 7s and one Level 2 Merit and Wonder Chukwu achieved seven grade 9s, one grade 8, one Level 2 Distinction and one Level 2 Merit.
