Unagi

Unagi has opened a massive sushi restaurant at Salford Quays which they claim is ‘the biggest sushi bar in the north’.

The sushi restaurant chain has opened up its fifth venue in the former Lime Bar site which is directly opposite The Lowry Theatre.

Unagi claims to offer fresh, authentic Pan-Asian delights which include hand rolled sushi, ramens and curries. The sushi menu features full-out platters (£54-66) as well as nigiri, sashimi, hosomaki uramaki and more.

The restaurant will also offer an array of cocktails such as the Umeshu Plum Negroni and the spicy mango Margarita at the new Tokyo 7 cocktail bar.

From August 2 to 8 (excluding Saturday and Sunday), Unagi Salford will be will be offering 50 per cent off their menu for their soft launch period. The table must be pre-booked so the discount can be applied.

The restaurant can be found at MediaCityUK, Quayside, Salford, M50 3AG.

Unagi already has successful restaurants in Altrincham, Wilmslow, Cheetham Hill, and West Didsbury.
