Salford police re-launch appeal to find wanted man

Salford police have re-launched an appeal to find a wanted man or ‘his associates’. 

Officers in Salford want to find 52-year-old John Byrne, who is wanted in connection to shoplifting offences.

Information on the whereabouts of John can be provided via Crimestoppers or a GMP online report.

Police shared a picture of John on Twitter (X) earlier this week as part of an appeal to trace him.

#WANTED | GMP is appealing for information regarding John Byrne (52 y/o) who is currently wanted. We’re looking for information regarding where he may be residing or who his associates may be.
