The line-up has been announced for the Sounds from the Other City music festival that is returning to Salford this May.
On Sunday May 5 there will be 100+ artists performing at the festival such as Gruff Rhys, New Road, and 2019 Mercury Music Prize nominees Black Midi.
There will be a mix of genres, alt jazz, underground hip-hop, alternative soul, R&B and more.
The festival will start at 2pm and will run until late in Salford University’s Maxwell Hall, Salford Museum & Art Gallery, the Pint Pot and various other venues on Chapel Street and The Crescent.
This event has been an underground favourite since 2005 as it sheds a light on less mainstream artists and performers.
