Irlam FC will play the Isle of Man FC at Silver Street on Thursday at 19:45.
The Isle of Man FC sit five points ahead of Irlam going into the game, with an evenly-matched fixture expected.
They didn’t play their scheduled match at the weekend against Charnock Richard due to the pitch being unsuitable so hopefully the rest will have done the players good.
However, Irlam’s previous game saw them get a win against their city rivals Prestwich Heys.
The game finished 2-1 with two fabulous second half free kicks from John Main.
Just a post…
The goals that saw us pick up a well deserved 3 points at weekend against @PrestwichHeysFC at Silver St.
You don’t save them ⚽️🎯

The game on Thursday begins Irlam’s abrupt finish to the season.
Due to the rescheduled game against Charnock, they will have to play three matches in five days.
After the fixture against The Isle of Man, they will play at home again on Saturday against Longridge Town.
