Amy Evans is hosting a charity fundraiser at Cornerstone Methodist Church, Davyhulme this Saturday February 3 11am-1pm.
Amy, dressed as a Bee, has been wondering around all of Manchester and Greater Manchester, handing out flyers and posters to encourage people to attend her fundraiser.
The event is raising money for Stockdales, a charity dedicated to helping individuals with learning disabilities with the help of multiple stalls selling items such as crochet Easter eggs, jewellery and wax melts.
Amy has even created a toy corner for children to play in whilst families are shopping.
Amy’s son has autism and attends Stockdales juniors which is the main reason as to why she wants to give back to the charity that helps so many.
“I wanted to give something back to Stockdale’s whilst also bringing the community together.”
Amy also wants to use this event as an opportunity to bring the community together and allow people to network with one and other.
There will be an on site café and a performance from a local choir at the event.
With a passion for fundraising and craft fairs, Amy’s event is going to be one not to miss.
