  • Walkden Gateway on Tuesdays.
  • Broughton Hub on Wednesdays.
  • Eccles Gateway on Thursdays.
  • Pendleton Gateway on Fridays

Alongside this, they also run 9am-12:30pm at:

Furthermore, online one-to-one sessions are available on weekdays between 8:30am-4:30pm for anyone unable to attend in person. These can be booked here.

BetterOff Salford helps the people of Salford navigate their way through the cost-of-living crisis by showing what benefits they are entitled to.

People can also be advised on how to access the benefits and appeal decisions; help search for volunteer/ paid jobs and help provide a record of job searching and advice on other issues such as childcare, budgeting and debt issues. The BetterOff website can be accessed here.

By attending a Coffee and Chat session, you can enjoy a free brew and speak to a welcoming council advisor or a representative from partner organisations.

The four Gateways and Broughton Hub are one-stop-shops for community services, facilities, free internet access and local activities. Open Monday-Thursday 8am-10pm, Fridays 8am-6:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm, they offer support, even when the coffee and chat session is not running.
