Salford’s youth side are taking on Huddersfield Town’s B team away at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex in the Central League Cup tomorrow (Oct 25) – and it’s free of charge to fans from both sides.
Salford City Reserves sit bottom of the group with only one point after they lost 4-0 to Stockport County Reserves, and then drew 1-1 at home to Rotherham United.
The youthful Ammies side look to gain a chance at progressing by picking up a much-needed win in West Yorkshire.
Home side Huddersfield currently sit at the top of group A, after an opening two games in the competition, where they beat Rotherham United 5-1 and then drew to Bolton Wanderers 3-3.
After this fixture, there is only one match left to be played in the Central League Cup as Salford City Reserves will host Bolton Wanderers Reserves at home in a must-win game for the Ammies.
The clash kicks off at 1pm at the Millers Oils Sports Complex located at 509 Leeds Road, Huddersfield HD2 1YJ.
