With the annual celebration of Bonfire night fast approaching, here are some of the most popular firework displays and bonfire activities in Salford.
Buile Hill Park
On Saturday November 4 Buile Hill Park will be filled with families and friends enjoying firework displays, the funfair games and the food and drink vendors.
However, this year the inclusion of marshmallow toasting, glowing sculptures and the opportunity of a fire walk, makes this an unmissable event.
Gates open from 4pm and tickets are free of charge.
Prince’s Park
Sunday November 5 is Prince’s Park’s turn to host the bonfire night activities.
Similarly, attendees can expect a funfair, food and drink vendors, live music, firework displays and of course, a bonfire.
Site opens at 5pm and it is free admission.
Swinton Moorside Cricket Club
Swinton Moorside Cricket Club’s annual firework display is back again on November 4 from 6pm. Tickets cost £5 per adult and £1 for children and can be bought on the night upon entry.
Two firework displays can be expected alongside a BBQ, a tuck shop, chips and a bar.
Roe Green Cricket Club
Similar to previous years, Roe Green Cricket Club’s doors open at 5pm on Saturday November 4 and will have numerous family friendly stalls, a lit bonfire, a variety of local food and drink traders and multiple firework displays.
One major difference in this particular event would be the low-noise firework display commencing at 7pm.
Tickets can be found online and cost £9 per adult and £7 a child.

Clifton Cricket Club
Fairground attractions, food, games and fireworks display, and much more is coming to Clifton Cricket Club on Saturday November 4.
Tickets are standing at £5 an adult, £3 a child and free for under two’s.
