An Eccles studio will be holding a women’s well being circle this Saturday to help Salford women heal from distressing experiences.
The women’s wellbeing circle held in Eccles’ Transcend Studios usually includes “journaling, meditation, sharing, group coaching and other spiritual practices.” The circle will be held this Saturday October 14 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at Bridgewater Mill.
A member of the women’s circle, Cerys takes part in the sessions to calm her hectic lifestyle as a part-time nurse, after hearing about the sessions from her aunt.
The 24-year-old said: “These sessions are honestly the best now and I love everything about it.
“Suzie welcomed me in at a very vulnerable time in my life and everyone is so kind and sweet. Every woman who is struggling should go.”
The two hour sessions are held by Suzie, who spent over five years “on a colourful journey of self-discovery” after dealing with an unhealthy relationship.
After coaching online for years, she now aims to provide her spiritual services in events to inspire and empower women. Suzie said: “My goal is to share what I have learnt, in hope that no other woman thinks that she’s broken.
“She doesn’t deserve the circumstances she’s put in and I don’t want women to think that there’s nothing better out there for them.”
The first circle meeting took place on the August 19 where women shared love and gratitude towards one another and helped challenge themselves.

Each month has a new energetic theme based around the moon to focus women’s energy on relaxing and self-love. This month will involve the theme of connection to mind, body, soul and spirit. Through energy cleansing, angel cards, intuitive group coaching, mindfulness, wellbeing tools and techniques, journaling, intention setting, gratitude and meditation.
The sessions gather a group of women into a circle, where they share their feelings and emotions through healthy exercises. This friendly exercise is laid out in a sleepover-like layout to make women feel comfortable and at ease when sharing their experiences.
Tickets for the sessions cost £12.00 per entry. To book in and join the session click here.
