This weekend Little Hulton is set to welcome an array of entertainment, a fun fair and a dog show.
The Spirit of Little Hulton festival is coming to Peel Park Pavilion on Saturday (5 August) for an afternoon of fun-filled family fun to raise money for the local community and further events.
So far, the festival has raised a staggering £1,142, which is set to support the Halloween event, the final one before Peel Park Pavilion closes for renovation work.
Sponsored by Seddon, the festival will feature a dog show, with five categories to win; food stalls and entertainment.
A specialist raffle will include prizes of one month’s free class at Forbes Fit, a free Brow Wax and Lash Tint, a sweet bouquet, and six free counselling sessions at EJP Counselling Services.
The summer festival will also be a festival of sport with sessions on the Bike Track, Foundation 92 on the new Cruyff Court and Lancashire Cricket Club offering cricket taster sessions.
