The Ammies return to the Peninsula stadium to face Hartlepool tonight at 19:45 after a disappointing loss this past weekend.
With the season coming to its boiling point, Salford are in search of a vital win to continue the charge for promotion.
As they look to regain their form, following the defeat, manager Neil Wood said, “It’s strange you know, when you play so well for most of the game.
It’s really hard, but we’ve got to come back from that.”

The Ammies currently lie in eighth position in the table, Neil wood made it very clear that the push isn’t over.
With every remaining fixture being crucial one to push for promotion, with many fans certainly having one eye on the upcoming game against Carlisle.
Neil Wood continued to add, “There’s still games to go.
I think we’re not out of it, we’re not out of the running, there’s plenty of games for us to get back into the play-off positions.”
Currently Hartlepool are second from bottom of the table, after losing to Newport 2-0 at the weekend.
For both teams it has become a must win game, with one hoping to avoid relegation and the other pushing for a promotion spot.
It should be an electric atmosphere at the ground with the local fan base ready to back the team once more.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to The Peninsula Stadium for a game under the iconic floodlights tomorrow evening 🤩
