Plans have been detailed for the construction of a 26-storey tower in Salford, which aims to provide up to 250 flats.
The £53m project, Obsidian, would see land bound by Trinity Way and William Street become flats and nearly 1,000 sq ft of commercial space, including co-working areas.
Planning permission for the building was submitted yesterday (Tuesday 4 April) in a joint effort between Salboy and Domis.
Built on top of a surface-level car-park, plans for the building detail facilities such as, gym, cinema room, café, private dining room, co-working space, and a package store.
Construction is expected to last up to two and a half years, creating up to 293 jobs a year.
