A charity is collating local memories of Ordsall with the hopes of transforming stories into a series of podcasts.

Salfordians are invited to share their memories of Ordsall during a coffee morning on Friday morning at The Tatton Community Cafe.

The memories and stories shared by locals, history enthusiasts, music and podcast lovers are set to create a ‘memory trail’ of podcasts throughout the town.

The podcast, ‘Fault Lines’, is funded by a working-class history project provided by Historic England and delivered by arts charity, Starling.

The project hopes to “archive the hidden stories of Ordsall, past and present.”

Fault Lines’ coffee morning will be held at The Tatton Community Cafe between 11am-1.30pm on Friday March 24.
