Plans for a 41-storey Salford skyscraper of 518 flats have been approved.
Salford City Council agreed plans for the third tower block in Greengate including ground floor commercial floorspace and basement parking,
The tower, Parkside, will join two other towers in Colliers Yard known as Cortland and Bankside.
The scheme, commissioned by Manchester-based property developers, Renaker, will provide almost 1,500 homes throughout the three skyscrapers.
The Cortland tower is currently in its fit-out stage and is due to be completed in the latter half of this year.
The whole project is set to take around four years to complete.
