Salford City will fancy their chances of finishing in an automatic promotion position if their fine form continues.
Currently in fifth place, The Ammies are only three points behind third place with the same number of games played.
Wood, the fans and the squad will all be looking to continue the chase this Saturday and close the gap between them and the top of the table.

Tranmere are not in their best run of form with only one win in their last five league games. This will give Salford City plenty of hope for the weekend.
Despite this, Tranmere will be confident to play at home, with the home soil and crowd so far being an advantage for them this season.
They have picked up 43% of their wins at Prenton Park so far.
This is sure to give their squad and manager, Mike Jackson, plenty of motivation for this weekend’s fixture.
