The Lowry’s ‘Claus’
Join the Lowry, Media City for some festive musical entertainment!
The Simon Warne adaptation of ‘Claus’ will be shown in the Lowry from 14th December 2022, until 8th January 2023.
“How the Boy became a man. How the man became a legend” – The Christmas based musical is set to be a heart-warming adventure focusing on the gift of kindness as Claus, and his mystical friends, embark on a Christmas miracle journey.

Quayside Cruise with Santa Clause!
From November 27, you can enjoy a Quayside Cruise around Salford with Father Christmas on the Isabella.
The event includes an hour-long trip that will depart from Salford Quays, Mulled wine, mince pies and a festive experience from Santa Claus and his elves.
Santa’s Grotto will also be on board with gifts aimed at ages 2-10 years.

Winton’s own Santa’s Grotto
This festive season Winton social club will be inviting Salfordians to Santa’s Grotto, where children can meet Santa Claus just in time for Christmas celebrations to commence!
Santa will be available from 11:30am until 4:00pm on December 3rd, seeing the children in half hour intervals. The Christmas markets will also be available at this time.

Makant’s Greyhound Rescue Christmas Fair
Join Salford for a Christmas fair at Boothstown British Legion to gets our fury friends in the spirit.
On Sunday, November 27 Salford will be hosting a festive fair, with craft stalls, greyhound gifts, dog coats, raffles and more!
The event is hosted by the ‘Makants Greyhound Rescue NW’; a non-profit charity based in Greater Manchester.

Have you ever wanted to paint like Banksy?
On December, The Seven Bro7hers Beer house, Middlewood Locks, will be hosting a ‘Sip and Paint evening’ where it invites people in Salford to join for “Annie Dalton’s Banksy- inspired Christmas flying balloon painting.”
The event takes place from 3:30pm until 6:00pm next Saturday.
All artistic supplies will be provided and guidance from practising artists will also be available, and no experience is required.
Drinks are available for Purchase and Popup Painting guests are also entitled for 15% off all food if dining around one of The Seven Bro7hers venue held events.
