Police have descended on block of Salford flats after reports that a man was found dead outside.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police are currently at the scene near Adelphi Wharf flat on Adelphi Street and a forensics tent has been erected.
The force confirmed that a call was received this morning (Tuesday, October 11) concerning the welfare of a man in a courtyard.
A GMP spokesperson said: “At around 8.20am on Tuesday 11th October 2022, GMP received a report of concern for the welfare of a male in a courtyard on Adelphi Street in Salford.
“Emergency services are in attendance.”
