The Lowry is to host a free training day for Emerging Practitioners.
The day will be hosted by The Lowry’s Arts for Social Change programme and will take place on Wednesday 24th November, beginning at 10:00 and lasting until 15:00.
It will be aimed at people interested in using the arts for social change and working with young people.
Throughout the day various Lowry staff members from the Learning and Engagement department will help provide training in different aspects of arts and social change.

This includes applied theatre, making work inclusive and accessible, safeguarding and pastoral support and creative evaluation.
Booking for the day is now open, and anyone interested is encouraged to email getcreative@thelowry.com along with a short paragraph detailing your interests and any relevant experience.
The day is totally free but spaces are limited and anyone interested is advised to get in contact ASAP.
