A family run hotel on Eccles old road is up for sale for £1.1 million.
The Beaucliffe Hotel has been run by Nasser Deen and his family for 16 years but they have now taken the decision to sell the hotel.
Nasser said: “It has been an incredible journey but due to unforeseen circumstances we are retiring.
“We feel that the Beaucliffe Hotel is a great opportunity and we are willing to offer an incoming operator support in their new endeavor.”
The 21-room property is located near Old Trafford Football Stadium, Media City, the Lowry Centre, Manchester City Centre, and the Trafford Centre.
Guests of the hotel often include hospital workers, business people and football fans.
The property is being sold by Christie and Co and Senior business agent Tom O’Malley will be overseeing the sale of the red brick victorian property.
Tom said: “The Deen family have operated The Beaucliffe Hotel as a lifestyle business, which provides potential purchasers with a wealth of opportunities to drive revenue.
“The hotel is currently closed over Christmas and New Year, however opening during this period would present a new operator an opportunity to capitalise upon festive trade.
“In addition, the hotel includes a bar formerly popular with patrons, which is currently closed and could provide an additional income stream, particularly on match days when the hotel is at its busiest.
“Furthermore, there is expired planning permission for an additional property to be constructed in the grounds of the hotel. An incoming operator may wish to revisit this as the hotel’s favourable location would lend itself to redevelopment into either apartments or holiday lets, subject to obtaining the relevant planning consent.”
