Salford Red Devils have managed to retain their Betfred Super League status as they thrashed Toulouse Olympique 44-10 at the AJ Bell Stadium.
The win for Ian Watson’s men means that they avoid the dreaded Million Pound Game next week.
Tries from Jackson Hastings, Joey Lussick, Greg Johnson, Niall Elvalds, Derrell Olpherts and Kris Welham made sure that the French side were put well out of sight.
Scrum-half Hastings also kicked seven goals as he amassed 18 points on the night.
Slick rugby from Salford set the tone early as they managed to stamp their authority on the game and find rhythm in front of a loud home support.
The hosts were ruthless as they relentlessly attacked in the second half causing problems for the Toulouse defence as they crumbled under pressure.
There were two consolation tries for the visitors as Chris Centrone and Stan Robin darted over.
