Salford City will be looking to keep their seven point lead at the top of the National League North table when they take on struggling North Ferriby United on Saturday.
After a dominant 2-1 win over Tamworth on the weekend, capped off by Mark Shelton’s 77th minute free kick, the Ammies will want to extend their five game unbeaten run over a North Ferriby side rooted to the bottom of the table.

North Ferriby will go into this game with little optimism after a narrow 1-0 defeat to Boreham Wood left them propping up the league and extending their unwanted 11-game win-less streak.
The visitors have the worst goal difference in the league, scoring only nine goals in 17 league games and conceding 40 making it a near impossible task to get anything from an in-form home side cruising at the top of the table.
With Salford tipped as clear favorites for the match, it will be a tough ask for the visitors who will be looking to bounce back from four losses in their last five matches.
