Hundreds queued down Barlow Moor Road in Chorlton on Sunday in hopes of getting inked for charity following the Manchester Arena bombing.
Sacred Art Tattoo was one of many shops participating in the appeal, which raised money for the Manchester Emergency Fund in exchange for a tattoo of the city’s worker bee emblem.
Shop manager Ventnor Brewer said the community’s participation was “heartwarming” and he hoped they would manage to bring in close to £20,000 in donations.
